Who We Are: MilitaryDogTagsUSA.com is a family owned business. We engrave your products and emboss your dog tags in our workshop. Your credit card statement will show 'Cyber Ventures USA'.
Payment Terms: We accept prepaid credit card and orders mailed in with a check or money order only. MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express are accepted. Please supply both a phone number and an email address so that we may contact you if there are questions about your order. Invoices will be issued immediately upon ordering. Pricing Policy: The price posted on our website and shown on your invoice when you order is the price you pay.
Transactions on our website are protected by secure 128-bit SSL
(Secure Socket Layer) encryption certificates that come from a
licensed and valid certificate authority. This ensures the security
of all transactions involved in an online purchase regarding
sensitive customer payment, billing, and shipping
Privacy Statement: The information we collect online is used to improve the content of our site, notify consumers about updates to our site, and by us to contact consumers for marketing purposes. We do not sell, rent, or supply Internet statistics or customer information to any third party. If you supply us with your email address, you may receive periodic e-mailings from www.militarydogtagsusa.com with information on our products, services, upcoming events. Let us know if you wish to have your name removed from our e-mail list.
We might call you: If you supply us with your telephone number or fax number, you may receive telephone contact from us with information regarding order that you have placed on-line or your on-line user account. We will only contact you by telephone on an as-needed basis. Your telephone number will not be used for solicitations.
Refund Policy: Your custom embossed dog tag order will be fulfilled exactly as specified in the order we receive. This will match the invoice copy you receive by email. If we make a mistake engraving incorrect information on your product that doesn't match your order, we will send replacement product to make it right. Unfortunately once we begin processing an order, it cannot be canceled due to the personalized nature of the products we produce. Once we engrave your information on the product, that information cannot be erased and the product cannot be resold by us.
